Every role has a boundary; every claim needs a source
A workable Bridge depends on defined authority, resources, data responsibilities and correction routes. The method cannot create a legal mandate, an active partnership or a verified outcome by itself.
Creator, adopter and operator
Dr. Ami Zara created the Institutional Bridge. Pellicano may choose to use the method in a suitable project, while the operating entity and its responsibilities must be identified for each actual route. Intellectual creation, institutional adoption and delivery are distinct contributions, even when some people participate in more than one of them.
Competent decisions remain separate
An education institution decides admission and assessment; a clinician decides within clinical competence; a public body acts under its own law; an employer decides employment. Pellicano may coordinate only what its mandate and agreement allow. No Bridge page grants those decisions to the Foundation or its creator.
Before a route opens
A real route needs an identified audience and purpose, responsible legal entities, agreed roles, appropriate resources, information and safeguarding rules, accessibility support, dates, status ownership and a route for help and correction. If a material element is absent, the public page should explain the limit instead of offering an unavailable action.
Records, evidence and G1
A record should identify its issuer, scope, status and limits. Activity, output and outcome call for different evidence. G1 is our shared evidence-assessment system. Its connection to this Pellicano website is not active. This site does not issue tokens, validate records or display a simulated success result.
No automatic guarantee
The method does not guarantee eligibility, admission, funding, qualification, employment, recognition or an individual result. It does not establish worldwide priority, a patent, exclusivity, official endorsement or proven effectiveness. An illustrative example remains an example until a responsible project record says otherwise.
Questions and correction
A person should know which organisation can answer a programme question, correct a record, review a specialist decision or respond to a privacy concern. A coordinating page cannot silently assume those duties. Where an actual route has not been approved, the site offers explanation rather than an application or a promise.
