Identity and Governance

Challenge and audience

Lasting cooperation requires people to understand the institution, how decisions are made and who is accountable. We connect the Foundation’s legal identification, objectives, responsibilities and publishable documents through a clear information pathway. Registration, executive responsibility and project scope must remain distinct.

Need for transparent civil structures with clear legal identity and clear separation of institutional responsibilities.

The Foundation’s independent role

Possible foundation role: preserving institutional independence, non-profit statutory compliance, and administrative discipline under Director-General Dr. Ami Zara.

The Foundation's own governance, independent of the Bridge.

An illustrative route

Consider an illustrative local-support programme: an initial request becomes a plan with a purpose, decision owner, budget and handover date. The Foundation can design the review route and record tools; the local partner decides on its own resources and delivery. The outputs are a project plan and decision record.

Charter, board decision records, conflict safeguards and executive role descriptions.

Delivery and starting conditions

Direct Delivery

Activation follows an approved project plan and available resources.

Where the Bridge may help
