Research and Knowledge Production
Challenge and audience
Choosing an intervention requires understanding the problem and making experience available for learning. Research may range from local needs studies to documenting cooperation or producing thematic reports. Methods and limits of conclusions must remain explicit.
Independent empirical research on civil society governance, migration, and welfare policy.
The Foundation’s independent role
Possible foundation role: authoring policy briefs, working papers, and symposia led by Dr. Ami Zara.
Independent authorship, review and publication of research.
An illustrative route
To understand a barrier to education, the research question and collection method are set before interviews. The Foundation could produce an applied study, analysis and usable brief for decision-makers. Consent and data minimisation matter. Deliverables are a method and findings report; a public article alone is not peer-reviewed research.
Policy briefs, scholarly dialogue and open-access research papers.
Delivery and starting conditions
Direct Delivery, Joint Delivery
Activation follows an approved project plan and available resources.
Where the Bridge may help
