Different contributions, one clear route

The method can be considered when a project crosses several stages or responsible bodies. Its value is a more intelligible route and clearer handoffs, not an automatic expansion of Pellicano’s authority.

For individuals

A person may benefit from knowing the purpose, options, requirements, decision-maker and help route before acting. The Bridge aims to reduce repeated explanations and unexplained transitions. It should keep room for the person to ask, pause, correct information or decline.

For the Foundation

Pellicano can use direct delivery for its own programme and may use joint, commissioned, capacity-building or referral models when the conditions fit. The Bridge can support coordination across those models. It does not reduce Pellicano to a referral office, nor does it make every capability dependent on the method.

For specialists and partners

A specialist can contribute within a defined competence without becoming responsible for the entire route. A partner can inspect what Pellicano proposes to do, the evidence needed, the information responsibilities and the exit or review conditions. Cooperation should be documented before names, logos or actions imply a relationship.

Illustrative education pathway

In a proposed learning route, Pellicano could prepare accessible introductory material. An education institution would decide its own admission and assessment. A specialist might provide bounded advice. The Bridge could keep the stages and handovers coherent. None of these actors is asserted here to be a current partner in that route.

Illustrative support pathway

In a proposed community-support route, Pellicano could identify a need and organise its own assistance. A licensed provider would make any clinical or statutory decision. Coordination could help a person understand the referral and follow-up. The illustration is a design example, not evidence of an active service or result.

What value would require evidence

Reduced delay, better comprehension or improved participation would require a defined question, baseline, method, period and data protection. Counts of meetings or referrals are activities, not proof of a human outcome. The Foundation should report only what a particular project can substantiate.
