How Pellicano handles the limited technical and correspondence information associated with this public website.
This notice applies to the public pages at pellicanopieta.org and to messages sent to the published Secretariat address. It does not activate participant intake, Verify, document-upload or partner services.
Who is responsible
The website is presented by Fundația de Caritate «PIETA DEL PELLICANO» (Pellicano), Moldova. Privacy questions concerning this website may be sent to info@pellicanopieta.org.
Information used
The public site has no account, application, upload or payment form. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information and security events in ordinary server logs. If you email the Secretariat, the message, sender details and any information you choose to include are processed to receive, route and answer the enquiry.
Purposes and basis
Technical data is used to deliver and secure the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. Correspondence is used to respond to requests, keep an accountable communication trail and take steps requested by the sender. Processing is limited to legitimate operational interests, requested pre-contractual steps or legal duties, as applicable.
Sharing and international access
Information is available only to authorised Pellicano personnel and service providers needed for hosting, email, security or technical support. It is not sold. Access or transfer across borders is reviewed according to the service and applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
Technical logs and correspondence are kept only for the period needed for security, response, accountability and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted and service-level safeguards are used. Email is not a suitable channel for unsolicited sensitive documents.

Current technology position
The published site uses static pages and local visual assets. No optional analytics, advertising tracker, marketing cookie, public intake form or live Verify lookup is intentionally enabled in this release. This statement must be reviewed whenever the technology stack changes.
