Every relationship should be understandable in its exact scope.
This register is the public route for formally executed and publication-authorised cooperation instruments. It does not turn several separate organisations into one body and does not imply endorsement beyond the wording of each record.

What each public record shows
Legal name, jurisdiction, defined role, instrument identifier, execution date, term, exact scope, public version or summary, responsible contact and current status.
How logos are used
A mark appears only on the card for the organisation that authorised it, beside the precise statement it approved. Signing a memorandum alone does not grant promotional use of a name or logo.
What is not shown
Drafts, negotiations, informal contacts, unsigned instruments, confidential schedules and organisations without separate public-communications permission are not displayed.
Independent confirmations
Where an organisation issues a separate confirmation, the statement is shown as that organisation’s own bounded record. It is not merged into a collective badge and does not guarantee the Programme as a whole.
